Moeta Ishinagi (石凪 萌太, Ishinagi Moeta) is a runaway kid living in the Antique Apartments, former assassin of the Ishinagi Family, and the half-brother of Houko Yamiguchi.
Personality[]
Moeta is very protective of his sister. He is a smoker, despite his young age, and he also works part time. His tone is always polite and he is one of the few inhabitants of the Antique apartment that laughs a lot.
Appearance[]
Moeta is a feminine looking young boy with long black hair and blue eyes. He wears a green shirt and pants and black shoes with a polka-dot pattern. He has a scar somewhere on his body.
When he was young, he wore a white hanten, a pair of black shorts, and green thigh high stockings.
History[]
Moeta was born in the Ishinagi Family, the weakest of the Killing Names, to Kajumaru Rikka, who was also the father of Houko, of the Yamiguchi Family, the second strongest of the Killing Names.
At some point, he ran away with his half-sister, and found the Antique Apartment, where the two remained.

Etymology[]
- The name Moeta means "bud, sprout, symptom" (萌) (moe) and "thick, big" (太) (ta).
- Moeta's surname Ishinagi means "stone" (石) (ishi) and "calm, lull" (凪) (nagi), which literally means "calm stone" altogether.
