Mifuri Sanjusangendou (三十三間堂 三振, Sanjusangendou Mifuri) is an assassin hired to kill Kishishiki Zerozaki.
Personality[]
Mifuri has an intense and determined personality, having the ambition to become the greatest assassin by murdering members of the "Killing Names". He has no tolerance for people who try to run away.
His idealistic attitude annoyed Kishishiki Zerozaki as he believes that there is no place for ideals in the world of killing.
Appearance[]
Mifuri is a young man with slicked-back light-colored hair. He wears a black jacket over a white T-shirt, and a pair of white pants.
Plot[]
Kishishiki Zerozaki's Human Knock[]
Mifuri was hired by someone to kill Seamless Pious Kishishiki. After murdering a bunch of other assassins, he screamed for Kishishiki to come out of hiding, saying that he will easily kill the man. Kishishiki abruptly jumped out of hiding and used his Praise of Folly to decapitate the man, before saying that "the world of killing has no place for ideals".
Equipment[]
Assassin Ball: Mifuri's weapon of choice is a baseball, which he uses to bludgeon his victims. This is an obvious contrast to Kishishiki's Praise of Folly, a baseball bat covered in nails.
Etymology[]
- The name Mifuri means "strikeout/the 3rd Strike-Out" (三振).
- Mifuri's odd surname Sanjusangendou means "thirty-three" (三十三) (sanjusan), "while, time, interval, space, pause, chamber, room, apartment, leisure, chance, entr'acte, intervening, as" (間) (gen) and "hall" (堂) (dou), which literally means "The 33rd Temple" altogether.
